Right of withdrawal

Return means the return of the product in conditions identical to the original ones (intact original tag, intact and unused product) and purchased on our website. The return is followed by a refund of the payments relating to the returned product, which you have made in our favour, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 working days from the day on which the goods return to our warehouses and we have found that the conditions of the product are identical to the original ones (original tag intact, product intact and never used).

These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement; this refund is suspended until receipt of the goods. In the event of a return resulting in a refund, the shipping costs of €5.90 will be deducted from the refund for all orders subject to the privilege of free shipping for the order subject to the return.

By replacement or exchange we mean the redelivery, physically or via shipping service, of the product purchased on sir126.it and the consequent sending or physical delivery to our Sir126 store of one or more products of an amount equal to or greater than the value of the goods at the time of the primary purchase. In the event of an exchange, the shipping costs of €5.90 will NOT be deducted from the refund for all orders subject to the free shipping privilege for the order subject to the return. The costs of sending the new product will be borne by Sir126 for the first exchange.

In case of return or exchange:

Please send the goods back to SIR STORE srl Via Enrico Schliemann 41 - 00178 Rome or deliver them to us at the SIR 126 sales point located in Via Lucrezia Romana 126 00178 Tel: 06 9450 4039, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract by email to INFO@SIR126.IT . The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 day period has expired.
If you do not wish to return the product yourself, the direct costs of returning the goods will be your responsibility, by requesting via email to INFO@SIR126.it the GLS collection service at a discounted rate of €5.90 which we will book for you, to be paid according to the payment method chosen by you and decided with our customer service.

You are only responsible for diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

In case of return or exchange at our store:

You can make a return or exchange by returning the product only and exclusively from MONDAY to SATURDAY from 10am to 4.30pm at our SIR 126 store located in Via Lucrezia Romana 126 00178 Tel: 06 9450 4039 without additional costs.
